Back to the real world! I hope that you all had a very relaxing break and that Santa brought you all the things on your wish lists!!

This quarter, we will be studying the production aspect of theater and drama and look at the behind the scenes actions that go into making a play happen.

Grade 6 will be looking at Ancient China and Japan and all of the dynasties that have changed the landscape.

Grade 7 will be studying European Imperialism and look at why some countries are rich, while others remain poor.

Grade 8 is moving beyond WWII and studying the Cold War between the USA and USSR until 1991. They will also study the formation of Taiwan and Communist China.
